• All chicks are guaranteed to be healthy and disease-free at the time of sale. We do not cover health issues arising after 48 hours of purchase due to improper care

• Refund and Replacement: Refunds or replacements will be provided for chicks that arrive dead or unhealthy. Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

• Care Requirements Buyers must provide appropriate housing, food, and care for the chicks. Failure to adhere to proper care guidelines voids any health guarantees or claims for refund or replacement.
