About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lifting Supervisor to oversee the lifting operations at Khadkeshwara Farms & Foods Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handling, lifting, and transportation of materials, equipment, and other resources within the facility. You will lead a team of workers and ensure that all lifting operations adhere to safety standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the day-to-day lifting and material handling operations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and lifting protocols.
Conduct regular checks on lifting equipment and machinery to ensure they are in good working condition.
Train and mentor team members on safe lifting techniques and equipment use.
Monitor lifting activities to ensure minimal disruption to daily operations.
Maintain accurate records of lifting activities and equipment maintenance.
Report any safety hazards or incidents to the management team.
Collaborate with other departments to meet operational goals and deadlines.
Requirements
Experience:Â Minimum of 2 years in a lifting supervision role, preferably in a farm or manufacturing environment.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
In-depth knowledge of lifting equipment and safety protocols.
Excellent communication skills.
Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
Education:Â High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in lifting operations or safety management are a plus.
Physical Requirements:Â Ability to stand for long periods and manage physical tasks as needed.
