Requirements
- Education: - Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, animal science, business, or related field (preferred). 
 
- Experience: - Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in the agricultural or animal nutrition industry. 
- Knowledge of feed products, animal nutrition, and farming practices. 
 
- Skills: - Strong sales and negotiation skills. 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
- Ability to understand and convey technical information about feed products. 
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain relationships. 
- Analytical skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate feed solutions. 
 
- Industry Knowledge: - Familiarity with agricultural markets, trends, and competitor products. 
- Understanding of animal nutrition principles and feed formulation. 
 
- Organizational Skills: - Ability to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and prioritize tasks effectively. 
 
- Driving License: - Depending on the role, a valid driver's license and willingness to travel may be required. 
 
- Physical Requirements: - Ability to lift and carry feed samples or equipment as needed. 
- Comfortable working in various agricultural settings, including farms and feed mills.
