About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Feed Production Supervisor to join our production team. This entry-level role is perfect for fresh graduates looking to kickstart their careers in feed production management within the poultry industry. The Feed Production Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring efficient, high-quality feed production, adhering to quality standards, and supporting production goals.
Responsibilities:
Monitor feed production processes to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
Assist in coordinating daily production schedules and maintaining inventory of raw materials.
Ensure adherence to feed quality standards and monitor production to maintain consistency.
Inspect equipment and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs and adjustments as needed.
Maintain accurate production records, including tracking quantities, production times, and quality measures.
Implement company safety and biosecurity protocols to maintain a secure production environment.
Assist in training team members on production protocols and safety procedures.
Work closely with other departments to meet production goals and address any issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
Skills:
Basic knowledge of feed production processes and quality standards (training will be provided).
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
