About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Broiler Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. This role is essential in managing broiler sales operations, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting our growth in new and existing markets.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily broiler sales operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking orders.
Manage relationships with clients, ensuring timely communication, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.
Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and maintaining accurate records of all sales activities.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
Support the sales team with data entry, invoice processing, and document management.
Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding accounts.
Collaborate with other departments, including logistics, production, and finance, to maintain seamless operations and high-quality customer service.
Participate in developing sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets.
Requirements
Experience:Â Minimum of 2 years in sales coordination, preferably in the poultry or agricultural industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to support decision-making.
Additional Requirements:
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a customer-focused attitude.
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings or sales events.
