About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Accounts Coordinator to join our finance team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates who are looking to begin their careers in accounting and gain hands-on experience in financial management, record-keeping, and reporting within a fast-paced agricultural environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
Support the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and statements as required.
Assist in reconciling bank statements and conducting regular audits to ensure compliance.
Collaborate with team members to gather necessary financial data for reporting and analysis.
Handle invoice processing, expense tracking, and general bookkeeping tasks.
Provide support during month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
Help ensure adherence to company policies, accounting regulations, and compliance standards.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Skills:
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Additional Requirements:
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
Strong work ethic and time management skills.
Familiarity with accounting software is a plus (training will be provided if needed).
